I am Nimmy David, a Kochi based realtor who helps buyers and sellers in the premium real estate market. I bring over 14 years of experience with the best-known builders in the Kerala real estate industry. I am also the founder and partner of the firm EZED Realty with a vast client base that includes entrepreneurs, politicians, celebrities and NRIs. As a client, you will benefit from my in-depth knowledge of the premium real estate market, ability to adapt to market fluctuations and my “people-first” approach to business.

I am ably supported by Jojan Joseph, Managing Partner at EZED Realty. His graphic design and animation background help us utilize digital media and the latest technologies to reach a wider consumer base. Jojan is also my partner for life and I have a two-year-old daughter, Sara Elizabeth. For me, this is a family business and the greatest joy I get from my work is the satisfaction of helping my clients realize their vision of their dream home.

Kochi has been my home since 2008 and it is here that I developed my passion for the real estate industry. I have worked with 4 of Kochi’s best builders and it is my stint in these companies, my performance and the bonds I created with clients in India and abroad that motivated me to start my own firm.

In 2019, I became Kerala’s first real estate Video blogger (Vlogger). My video blogs are hugely popular with clients outside India as it gives them access to great properties from the comfort of their home. I am constantly trying to innovate and expand my horizons to deliver an exceptional experience for my clients in Kochi and beyond.
